Initial Notification: Recorded Payments not Reflecting on the Payments Completed Page in webDEALER (06/22/2023 @ 5:25 PM)

Good afternoon,

Counties are approving and recording payment in webDEALER but these payments
and the associated transactions are not reflecting on the Payments Completed page
as expected. The transactions do continue to update to RTS and reflect as Approved
in webDEALER.

Support Staff is working on a fix and a way to recreate payments that have already
been processed, but are missing from webDEALER.

We ask that Counties please hold off on approving and recording payments until
a fix is in place.


We will provide an update once the fix is implemented.
