Good evening,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles' contact center has been experiencing intermittent phone line connection issues. 

Support staff were able to identify the cause of the connection issues and are working to resolve as quickly as possible. As work continues intermittent outages might be noticed on the VPN at Headquarters from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM this evening.

We apologize for any inconvenience from dropped calls or extended wait times.
