Update Notification: RTS Performance Issues (05/08/2023 05:00 PM)

Good afternoon,

TxDMV is aware of reported RTS system performance issues.

Support staff are working to resolve the issue.  We will provide an update once the issue is resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact on you or your customers.

Update @ 3:50PM:

We will be implementing an emergency restart of the RTS system at 4:00PM in order to
address performance issues.

Update @ 4:30PM:

Following the restart, we are still observing some performance issues.  Troubleshooting continues.


Update @ 5:00PM:

As troubleshooting continues, the RTS system will be unavailable, starting at 6:00 PM this evening,
Monday, May 8, 2023, lasting up to 7:30 PM this evening.

A notification will be published once RTS is available.
