Initial Notification: Vehicle Inspection Verification Issue (2/24/2023 11:50 AM)

Good morning,

TxDMV is aware of issues experienced where vehicle inspections are not found when
attempting to complete a registration. We are working with the appropriate agency
counterparts and will provide updates.

Workaround:  The VIR can be entered manually in RTS, webDEALER and webSUB. 

Support staff are working to resolve the issue.  We will provide an update once the issue
is resolved.
