Initial Notification: RTS POS Service Desk Pending Maintenance (01/20/2023 @ 4:25 PM)

Good afternoon,

As a result of a RTS POS Service Desk issue we experienced this morning,
IT Support Staff will be engaging in further maintenance activities for RTS
POS Service Desk from 7:00 PM through 9:00 PM this evening, Friday,
January 20, 2023.

During this evening's maintenance window, you may experience intermittent
connectivity to RTS POS Service Desk. 

RTS POS Production is not impacted.

An update will be sent once the maintenance activity is completed.
