The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) published adopted rules in the October 28, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The adopted language is available on TxDMV's website at https://www.txdmv.gov/general-counsel/proposed-and-adopted-rules.
The adoptions include:
- amendments to §§217.122 through 217.130 and new §§217.131 through 217.133 concerning motor vehicle records; and
- amendments to §217.27 concerning personalized license plates.
