The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles is previewing four redesigned vendor plates, Louisiana Tech University, Arizona State University, Oklahoma State University, and University of Nebraska, three new vendor plates, Tarleton State University, Texas Elks, and Folds of Honor, and one crossover plate, Black-Silver State of the Arts.
