The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) published a rule proposal in the August 26, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The proposal addresses amendments to §§217.54, 217.55, and 217.184 concerning the registration of vehicles as part of certain county fleets. The proposal is posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on September 26, 2022.
