The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) published a rule proposal in the July 22, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The proposal addresses §§217.122-217.133 concerning the disclosure of personal information from the department's motor vehicle records. The proposal is posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2022.
