The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) published a rule proposal in the July 15, 2022, issue of the Texas Register. The proposal addresses amendments to §217.27 concerning personalized license plates. The proposal is posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2022.
