Update Notification: Planned Maintenance: RTS Issue when Processing Dealer Transactions (06/07/22 5:10 PM)

Good afternoon,

Latest Update @ 5:10 PM on the RTS Dealer Transaction Issue:

Issue/Business Impact: 
Some Dealer title transactions not processing with incorrect error message “Your county has not
been designated to process this transaction. Please contact your County Administrator.”

Root Cause: 
ITSD analysis has determined this is specific to Title transactions where the dealer is located in the processing county, then an out of county lienholder is added to the transaction on the Lien Entry
TTL035 screen.  This error is not occurring when there are no Liens.

Resolution: 
TxDMV plans to deploy a fix for this issue.  RTS System maintenance is scheduled for this evening,
Tuesday, June 7, 2022, starting at 10:30 PM, lasting up to 11:59 PM.

A notification will be sent when the maintenance has been completed.
