County RTS Release Notes 12.0 - E (05/19/2022 10:30 PM)

Good evening,

On May 19, 2022, the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) updated the Registration and Titling System (RTS) with Release 12.0 - E which contains the content summarized below. 

Enhancements: 

RTS:

• Enabled Processing of Non-Dealer Transactions Regardless of a County’s Willing Status.
• Enabled Processing of Correct Title Rejections Regardless of a County’s Willing Status.
• Enabled processing of a Correct Title Rejection regardless if a Dealer’s license status has since expired.
• Enabled processing of Correct Title Rejection regardless if Dealer’s license expired or the P# removed by clerk.
