Resolved: TxDMV Call Centers Available (11/30/2021 @ 10:15 AM)
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles sent this bulletin at 11/30/2021 10:17 AM CSTGood morning,
Our call center vendor, Cisco, reported they identified and resolved a technical issue which occurred within their telecommunication systems. This issue lead to a brief outage that was experienced in our call centers.
All call centers are now operational and available.
