Update: RTS/Cognos Ongoing Performance Issues (09/08/2021 1:04 PM)

Good afternoon,

Here is the latest update on the previously reported Cognos performance issues which began yesterday, Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

Cognos continues to run slower than normal.  Intermittent performance issues are still being observed.  Cognos Reports are also running slower than normal.

Support staff continue working to resolve the issue.  Next update will be provided once the issue is resolved.
