Good evening,
Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) Support Staff have resolved the issue where some dealers were unable to lookup a dealer tag in the MVInet system, even though the tag was showing as active in webDEALER reports.
Lookup functionality for dealer tags in the MVInet system has now been restored.
We apologize for the inconvenience and any impact on you or your customers.
