The TxDMV is currently triaging damage and outage tickets as a result of last week’s winter storms. If you have not reported your current damage/outages, please do so as soon as you can through the normal ticket reporting methods. For those of you that have reported your needs, please be patient with us as we work through these tickets. TxDMV is partnering with our vendors to expedite equipment and service requests as quickly as possible. However, this unprecedented storm has placed a higher demand on our vendor partners and service delivery times may be longer than normal. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to restore your equipment and services as soon as we can. We thank you for your understanding as we all work to recover from the damage these storms left behind.
