Chapter 6 – Application and Issuance of Motor Vehicle Title
Section 6.11, “Revocation Affidavits - First Sale Title Application,” was updated to change the timeframe for a first sale revocation from 21 days to 90 days as provided in Registration and Title Bulletin (RTB) # 011-20.
Chapter 7 – Corrections
Section 7.9, “Switched Evidence,” was renamed to “Incorrect Evidence Surrendered” and was updated to reflect the procedures a licensed franchised dealer may follow after surrendering the incorrect manufacturer’s certificate of origin resulting in the wrong vehicle being titled as provided in the RTB # 012-20.
