Update: COGNOS Reports are not available

Good afternoon,

The maintenance over the weekend of February 8 disrupted the batch processes that generates the Cognos reports. To provide updated reports for the week, we will initiate the batch process this evening at 5:00 PM and they will continue to run during business hours tomorrow until approximately 7:00 AM Wednesday.  There is potential for RTS and webDEALER performance to be slowed.  We will be monitoring system performance and will terminate the batch process if performance is degraded to the extend to severely impact services.  If you start to experience performance issues with RTS or webDEALER, please email us immediately at ITSupport@txdmv.gov. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as we work to restore the availability of Cognos reports.
