TxDMV publishes rule adoptions in the December 20, 2019, issue of the Texas Register.

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has adopted amendments to §215.83 and §221.17 to allow military spouses with out-of-state licenses to engage in business in Texas.
