Webinars for Texas.gov Payment Processor Transition

Webinars will be held for county tax assessor-collectors to discuss the Texas.gov payment processor transition from WorldPay to First Data Payment. The webinars will cover cut off times for payment processing; how to log in to the First Data Payment portal; the new process to handle First Data Payment charge backs; and best practices for handling customers’ protected information. Webinars will hosted by TxDMV and conducted by Texas.gov staff.
