Resolved: RTS performance issue (01/03/2019 @ 11:32 AM Central Time)

Good morning,


The RTS system encountered a performance issue between 10:52 AM Central Time and lasted until 11:15 AM Central Time today (01/03/2019) which caused a limited number of users to experience a communication error message. If you experienced this issue, please reboot your work station. If the communication error issue persists, please contact a customer service representative.
