Good morning,
An issue has been identified with the RTS system that requires the system to be restarted. The system restart will occur at 9:30 AM this morning (12/28/2018). The system will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes. Please log out of the system before 9:30 AM. A message will be sent when the system is available.
