Effective Saturday September 1st, the Texas.gov program that you use to process online vehicle registrations, the Transaction Payment Engine (TPE), is changing to a new support email and phone number. Although the current phone number and email will continue to operate for a grace period of 30 days (October 1st); thereafter those contact methods will no longer be supported. Please update your program contact information with the new contact information below for use when you have a chargeback question or need a password reset for the TPE.
