As of Friday, August 3, 2018, several Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) online applications will have new web addresses. Customers who access one of these applications from an old web address will be redirected to the new web address for a period of time. We suggest updating all links, bookmarks, or shortcuts with the new web addresses as soon as possible.
The following applications at www.TxDMV.gov will have new web addresses:
• Internet Vehicle Title and Registration Service (IVTRS)
• Online Temporary Permits
• Specialty License Plate Orders
• Vehicle Transit Permit (VTP)
• eReminder Sign Up
• Address Change
