The RTS system encountered a performance issue between 1:25 PM Central Time and lasted until 1:45 PM Central Time today (03/28/2018) which caused a limited number of users to experience intermittent connectivity issues. If you experienced this issue please reboot your work station. If the issue persists please contact the Service Desk.
