Good afternoon,
The RTS system encountered a performance issue between 8:00 AM CST and 9:00 AM CST today (12/22/2017) which caused a limited number of users to experience issues closing out their work stations. If you experienced this issue please reboot your work station and try to close out again. If the issue persists please contact the Service Desk.
