Proposed TAC §§219.34, 219.35, and 219.36

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) has published in the Texas Register proposed changes to the Texas Administrative Code, which affect Chapter 219, §§219.34, 219.35, and 219.36. These proposed changes are posted for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2017. The proposed language is attached and it is also available on the Office of the Secretary of State's website at http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/pdf/currview/index.shtml.
