INITIAL NOTIFICATION: Cognos Report Issue (10/03/2017 @ 9:09 AM CDT)

Good morning,

  

An issue has been reported with running Cognos reports.  A notification will be sent when all reports are available in Cognos.  Also, TxDMV did not receive the daily NMVTIS data file from AAMVA last night (10/02/2017).  NMVTIS reports will be blank today (10/03/2017).  Support staff are working with AAMVA to obtain the NMVTIS data.  An additional notification will be sent by end of business today with the status of the NMVTIS data.
