Good morning,
All Texas Department of Motor Vehicles call centers are currently unavailable. Support staff are working with telecommunication vendors to identify and resolve the issue. An update will be sent by 10 a.m. (09/18/2017) or as more information becomes available. The IT Service Desk is available by email at ServiceDesk@TxDMV.gov.
