COMPLETE: Cognos reports for offices closed 10+ days (09/05/2017 @ 4:05 PM CDT)

Good afternoon,

If your office has been closed for more than 10 calendar days, since 8/25/2017 or before, you will not be able to successfully run the Countywide or Substation Summary reports. Due to the amount of time that has elapsed, Counties do not have the ability to re-generate the Countywide or Substation Summary reports that show the daily totals.  As an alternative, Counties are able to run the Cognos Week to Date report for that same time period to retrieve the daily totals.
