UPDATE: TxDMV San Antonio Office Relocation RESCHEDULED

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is pleased to announce the opening of its San Antonio Regional Service Center in a new location at 15150 Nacogdoches Road, Suite 100, on Monday, August 28, (postponed from Monday, August 21) and it is important for customers to be aware of this change.

The current location at 3500 NW Loop 410 will close at the end of the business day on Friday, August 25, and staff will move over the weekend so there will be no interruption in service to customers.

The San Antonio Regional Service Center serves the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, La Salle, Maverick, Medina, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde, Wilson and Zavala.

Services provided at the center include replacement titles, bonded title rejection letters, apportioned registration and annual permits for motor carriers, and the investigation and resolution of vehicle title errors.

Please note, county tax assessor collectors’ offices in each county handle most vehicle title and registration services, including title applications and registration renewal.
