RESOLVED: COGNOS reports available (08/15/2017 @ 1:23 PM CDT)

Good afternoon,

The Inventory Transaction report was available for viewing as of 8:37 AM CDT this morning (08/15/2017).  The only remaining issue is with the Funds Remittance report.  Some counties received a double entry for IVTRS transactions on 8/4/2017.  A funds adjustment will be required in order for the reports to balance.  If you are a county that had double IVTRS entries, no further action is required, as TxDMV will be providing a funds adjustment on your behalf and will contact the affected county no later than Friday August 25, 2017.  If you experience new issues with COGNOS, please contact the Service Desk.

The statewide ticket for this issue is 139012.
