Initial Notification: Cognos issue (8/10/2017 @ 6:00 PM CDT)

Good evening,

 

There are two remaining issues with Cognos reports that contain data for last Friday (08/04/2017).  The Funds Remittance Report has IVTRS totals that are doubled. The Inventory Transaction reports are incomplete.  Support staff are working towards a resolution.  An update will be sent tomorrow (08/11/2017) by 4:00 PM CDT or as soon as more information is available.

 

The statewide ticket for this issue is: 139012
