Good morning,
On July 24th the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) updated the eTAG login security. As part of this update, the login process changed. All eTAG users are now required to enter the license number (P number) they want to use, along with their username and password when logging in to eTAG (see below). If you have accounts for multiple "P" numbers and you used the same email address for those numbers you will now use the same username and password for all of them.
For your convenience, we have attached a “New User Login” document that outlines the new login functionality. You may also view a video demonstrating the changes on the TxDMV YouTube channel https://youtu.be/Us0un8jWRu8.
If you are having difficulty logging in, contact your eTAG Administrator for assistance. Your Administrator is able to add, change and delete eTAG users.
