RESOLVED: RTS performance issue reported (07/25/2017 @ 2:50 PM)

 

Good afternoon,

 

An RTS performance issue was observed between 2:27 - 2:30 PM CDT this afternoon (07/25/2017) due to a network communication issue in the state data center.  If you continue to experience issues connecting to RTS, please reboot your workstation. If the issue persists, please contact the Service Desk.
