Reminder: eTAG access (7/24/2017 @ 6:50 PM)

Good evening,

The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles updated the login security for eTag over the weekend of July 21, 2017.   A higher than usual number of users successfully accessed the system today.  However, some users are reporting difficulty accessing the eTAG system with the user id and temporary password provided via email over the weekend.

If you are experiencing this issue please follow the steps below:

1. Follow the steps for "Forgot my Username" in the attached document
2. Follow the steps for "Forgot my Password" in the attached document.
3. Log into eTAG using the username and password obtained in steps one and two above.
