The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is happy to announce that the two millionth webDEALER application was approved by Bexar County for Red McCombs Ford. webDEALER use continues to increase as evidenced by reaching this new milestone so quickly. Over 900 dealers submitted transactions via webDEALER in December. In November, 40 percent of all dealer transactions were processed in webDEALER. A snapshot of webDEALER statistics is included below.

Dealers and county tax assessor-collectors continue to adopt this new way of doing business to reduce processing time and increase efficiency by eliminating data entry and the use of paper transactions. In addition to reaching new transaction milestones in the upcoming year, we look forward to bringing all licensed motor vehicle dealers onboard webDEALER with the inclusion of eTAG in the webDEALER application.
