2016 IRP Fees on Funds Remittance Report

Good afternoon,
Happy New Year! When a year ends and it is not on a Sunday, IRP monies are forced to December 31st date on the Funds Remittance Report. For 2016, this means that IRP fees, sales tax and Monday registration fees are combined on Saturday, December 31, 2016. To distinguish the IRP monies from the sales tax and registration fees, you will need to run your Week to Date Report by using Monday December 26, 2016 in the Select the Week Date prompt and use the External Source-IRP section totals.
Please note, sales tax is not applicable for vehicles intended to be used for interstate commerce. Sales tax fees are on this remittance report, but should be handled with the Comptroller.
