Greetings from your Prevention and Early Intervention colleagues;
We appreciate your patience as we work to create guidance that will assist our providers during these rapidly changing circumstances while keeping the needs, well-being, and safety of our communities, families, and staff in mind. We hope this information communicates our shared belief that we can be innovative and flexible in providing meaningful help to families through this time of disruption and uncertainty.
PEI is creating a document to assist our providers as they continue to create opportunities to support families in communities affected by COVID-19. Based on input received from our network of contractors and grantees, the guidance will include information on the following activities that, with authorization from PEI, may be appropriate short-term options to support children, youth, families and communities at this time.
