Celebrate Transit Employee Appreciation Day with DCTA

We’re so thankful for all our employees do to keep DCTA running and provide passengers with safe and reliable service. From the operators and dispatchers to customer service and administrative staff, it couldn’t be done without their hard work.

We’ve faced many challenges in the past year from COVID-19 to the snowstorm of the decade, and our team stepped up to the plate each time to make sure our passengers, front-line employees and essential workers could get where they needed to go.

To honor our staff this Transit Employee Appreciation Day (March 18) we’re putting together a video to celebrate, so stay tuned and follow us on Facebook and Twitter for the video release. Until then, learn ways to thank your driver and other DCTA staff by reading our blog from the archives. You can even join us in recognizing the hard-working team at DCTA and submit your own comment through GORequest!
