All DCTA passengers are now required to wear a face covering on all agency vehicles during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In partnership with local and regional partners, DCTA is recommending riders – just like agency employees – follow this new face-covering requirement to help combat the spread of illness.

Local Partnership Leads to COVID-19 Supplies Distribution
Local nonprofit organizations are receiving a helping hand thanks to Denton County, United Way of Denton County and DCTA. All three organizations are working together to provide and distribute critical personal protective equipment (PPE) to local nonprofits to help keep their employees, volunteers and clients safe during COVID-19.

DCTA's Downtown Denton Transit Center Fully Closed
In response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) health emergency, DCTA closed its Downtown Denton Transit Center to the public which went into effect last month. DCTA’s Customer Service team remains available by phone to assist passengers with questions at 940.243.0077. Customers can still pick up lost and/or misplaced items.
