Councilmember Scott Griggs to host Aug. 20 Back to School Health Fair

 

WHAT:           The public is invited to attend the First Annual Back to School Health Fair, hosted by District 3 Councilmember Scott T. Griggs.

 

Exam rooms, hallways, auditorium, cafeteria and grounds at South Hampton Hospital will be filled with health care professionals volunteering their time to give approximately 200 children and youth immunizations and hearing and dental screenings. Parents are asked to bring their child’s immunization records. Children will receive free school supplies and haircuts and the fair will feature entertainment, snow cones, hot dogs and drinks.

 

Event sponsors include South Hampton Hospital, Guardian EMS, Las Obras de Nuestra Madre de las Americas, Mercy Clinic at Wynnewood Village, Clínicas Mi Doctor.
