Press conference set for Dec. 1 to launch “FADE OUT HIV” Campaign
What: Councilmember Dwaine Caraway, District 4, and community stakeholders will launch the Fade Out HIV Barbershop and Salon Initiative, a campaign to increase awareness and encourage businesses, organizations and residents to become partners in response to the HIV epidemic in Dallas County.
