City of Dallas Park & Recreation Department Hosts IT'S MY PARK DAY SEPT. 10!

IT'S MY PARK DAY!

September 10

8 a.m. - Noon

City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department is calling on you to help make city parks cleaner and greener for It’s My Park Day.

It’s My Park Day brings communities together to enhance and beautify neighborhood parks from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, September 10.

Individuals, families and civic/corporate groups can organize beautification projects at their favorite parks, then invite others to help pitch in.

How It’s My Park Day Volunteers Can Help!

v Litter and debris pick up

v Graffiti removal

v Weeding

v Mulching/planting flower beds & trees

v Creek/shoreline clean up

How Does It’s My Park Day Work?

Individuals, families, homeowners’ associations, social/civic clubs, corporate volunteer teams, and Friends groups organize and participate in beautification projects at a park or public space of your choosing.
