Dear Sanitation Customer,

Thank you to everyone who has already taken the time to complete the Dallas Sanitation survey regarding trash and recycling collection in narrow alleys. If you have not yet participated, we encourage you to share your input before the survey closes.

We recently paused planned changes to alley collection so we could further evaluate potential alternatives and better understand how customers value alley service. Even if you do not have a strong preference, your response is still very important and helps us understand neighborhood perspectives.

The survey will close at the end of the day on Friday, January 9, 2026.
