Multi-page Uploads
Multiple page PDF uploads can be submitted via DallasNow. Instead of uploading each sheet one at a time, all related pages can be combined into
a single PDF file per discipline.

Book Inspections via Phone
It's back! Contractors can schedule inspections via our Integrated Voice Response (IVR) Phone system at 214.670.5313. The IVR has been enhanced with new features.

We want to alert you to phishing emails and suspicious messages that attempt to impersonate the City of Dallas Planning & Development Department to trick you into clicking malicious links or providing sensitive information.
These emails may:
- Ask you to verify your account or payment information.
- Contain urgent language or threats to take immediate action.
- Include links or attachments that may install harmful software.
To protect yourself:
- Use the DallasNow portal. Payments are NOT be requested outside of the DallasNow system

Do not click on suspicious links or download unknown attachments.

Verify the sender's email address. Emails from City of Dallas will always come from @dallas.gov.

Never share your passwords or personal details via email.

When in doubt, contact us directly through our official website or customer support line at 214.948.4480.
If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from us, please forward it to your company IT security and delete it immediately.
