DallasNow is Live!
Starting today, May 5, 2025, the City of Dallas will begin using DallasNow for Permitting, Zoning, Inspections and most Dallas Planning & Development functions. DallasNow is the city's new land-management system that integrates these functions into one unified platform. DallasNow is a user-friendly system that will streamline our processes and provide much more transparency for YOU, our customers.
What to expect with DallasNow:

Improved Public Transparency: Applications can be easily to tracked to see where a project is in the process, view staff comments, and the that steps remain.
Receive real-time notifications that include permits, inspection statuses, and itemized fee descriptions.

Streamlined Process: Online application submissions, electronic plan reviews, and automated permit issuance, reducing the need for visits to Dallas Planning & Development offices.
