The requirements for power of attorney are:

  1. Both parents present
  2. Authorized person of trust must be present
  3. Valid IDs for parents and authorized person of trust
  4. Child’s information:
    1. Child’s full name- bring the birth certificate if you have it
    2. Child’s date of birth
    3. Child’s social security number- know the number and bring the card if you have it

Requisitos para la carta de poder

  1. Ambos padres presentes
  2. Debe estar presente la persona autorizada de confianza
  3. Identificaciones validas para padres y persona autorizada de confianza
  4. Información del niño:
    1. El nombre completo del niño (traiga el acta de nacimiento del niño si lo tiene);
    2. Fecha de nacimiento del niño;
    3. Si el niño tiene un numero de seguro social, traiga la tarjeta o el número de seguro social.

Further fair housing through community outreach and addressing systemic barriers to fair resource distribution, access to services, and opportunities. It also properly investigates housing discrimination complaints. 

3) Equity-

Reduces disparities and increases opportunities for all residents by providing the necessary resources and services to thrive in each person’s own unique identities, circumstances, and histories.

4) Human Rights-

Promotes social justice and ensures equitable access to services among Dallas' diverse communities.
