The City of Dallas Department of Housing and Community Development announces its opening of the 2025 9% Competitive Housing Tax Credits Request for Applications (RFA) for a resolution of support or resolution of no objection by the Dallas City Council. The deadline to receive all RFAs is December 31, 2024, by 5 p.m. CST. All interested developers can download the 2025 application form and guidebook along with additional information by viewing the 2025 9% Competitive Housing Tax Credits website. The Housing and Homelessness Solutions Committee will review all RFAs that meet the required scoring thresholds on January 28, 2025, followed by full City Council review on February 12, 2025.
