 Oaklawn Place, Affordable Housing for Seniors, Breaks Ground in Dallas
The Resource Center of Dallas, a nonprofit offering services for the LGBTQ community and people affected by HIV and AIDs, broke ground May 12 on Oaklawn Place, an affordable, senior housing development. Oaklawn Place, located at 5723 Sadler Circle, will be an 84-unit senior housing development, and within walking distance of DART’s Inwood/Love Field station and The Resource Center campus. > Read more
 Dallas Home to 17 Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals
The City of Dallas continues to win recognition for the significant land, lease and commercial deals that are happening here that attract corporate headquarter expansions, swanky new hotels, and state of the art multifamily complexes. The Dallas Business Journal published its annual “Best Real Estate Deals – 2022” finalists and winners last month. We’re proud to congratulate the 17 outstanding businesses that were recognized as finalists and winners on this prestigious list.
